Generating heavy foot traffic and repeat visits
With health-conscious eating on the rise and more Asian inspired quick-serve restaurants entering food courts and building street-front locations, Teriyaki Experience needed to remain top of mind, especially with repeat visitors. At the same time, continue to achieve perpetual objectives of driving traffic to stores, increase sales, and build brand awareness.
BTI conceptualized unique and visually enticing promotions on a regular basis for both signature meals and limited-time meal launches. The artwork featured appealing photography and illustrations to characterize and magnify each particular meal and its key ingredients. Promotional elements included a variety of in-store POP, digital assets, and direct mail.
Meal promotions continued to be a strong driver for increasing sales, as post-sales always showed a lift in ticket transactions for the featured meal. The overt success of select meals even led them to become permanent menu items.
